A lovely fresh mousse from this young sparkler. Lifted lime and citrus aroma with pronounced floral notes, as you would expect from Canberra Riesling. The palate shows these flavours again on a splendid juicy fruit palate, balanced by good acidity as is typified by the region. Enjoy drinking this summer.
